A Career in Photography Education and Practice
With over two decades of experience in photography education, I've held the position of Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Professional Photography program at Edinburgh College and tutored HND Professional Photography students.
Prior to my academic career, I spent twelve years in London working as a commercial photographer for a variety of clients and design agencies.
My educational journey began at the Glasgow College of Building and Printing. In 2013, I earned a Master of Photography degree from De Montfort University. My expertise has been instrumental in designing, writing, and validating three photography degree programs for the University of Abertay, Robert Gordon University (Grey's School of Art), and Kingston University.
